A strange incident happened with the tourists who came for a trip to Tarkarli beach in Sindhudurg district. Four tourists have drowned in the Tarkarli sea while enjoying themselves. All of them are college students.
As per further information, a trip of college students from Murgud taluka in Kolhapur district came to Tarkarli. Out of the 4 youths who drowned while taking a bath in the sea, 3 of them were saved by the locals, while the search for one is on.
Rescue operations are underway here. The youths who managed to be rescued have been admitted to hospital for treatment.
