Kondhwa Police nab 3 accused for damaging property of diagnostic center

Pune: The Kondhwa Police have arrested 3 people in connection with the damaging of several goods of Poona Diagnostic Center.
As per further information shared by Santosh Sonawane, Senior Police Inspector, Kondhwa Police Station, on October 23, 2023 (Monday) at 9:40 p.m. at Poona Diagnostic Center, Somji Chowk, Kondhwa within Kondhwa Police Station limits, owner of Medico Lab and two other accused went to Poona Diagnostic Center regarding a dispute about lab business between Poona Diagnostic Center and Medico Lab & damaged various kinds of belongings of the Poona Diagnostic Center.
A case has been registered at Kondhwa Police Station for injuring a person in the lab & damaging the belongings. The case is registered under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The Kondhwa Police has immediately detained the three accused in the mentioned case and further investigation is going on.
