The Mahindra Thar Roxx has officially hit the Indian market, garnering significant interest from off-roading enthusiasts. After much anticipation, the brand has disclosed the pricing for its 4×4 variants, starting at an introductory price of ₹18.79 lakh (ex-showroom). These models are exclusively powered by a diesel engine, delivering a maximum output of 152 Hp and 330 Nm with a manual transmission, while the torque converter automatic version produces 175 Hp and 370 Nm.
The 4×4 variants come equipped with features such as brake locking differentials, electronic locking differentials, CrawlSmart Assist, and multiple terrain modes including Snow, Sand, and Mud. Additional driving modes—Zip and Zoom—enhance the driving experience, along with a water-wading capability of 650 mm and a Gen II Adventure statistics display for Compass and Roll & Pitch Altimeter.
