Pune: Massive Fire Engulfs Photo Studio in Shinde Nagar, Bavdhan
Bavdhan, December 8: A massive fire broke out at a photo studio located in Shinde Nagar, Bavdhan, earlier this evening, causing panic in the area.
The blaze was reported around 6:00 PM, prompting an immediate response from the fire department. Five fire tenders have been deployed to the site and are working to bring the flames under control. Thick plumes of smoke were visible from a distance, attracting a crowd of onlookers while authorities cordoned off the area to ensure safety.
“Seven citizens have been rescued from the smoke and sent to the hospital for preliminary treatment,” said Fire Officer Gajanan Pathrudkar.
Initial reports suggest no casualties have been reported so far, though the extent of the damage and the cause of the fire remain unclear. Firefighters are continuing their efforts to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby buildings.
Residents have been advised to stay away from the area as a precaution. Further updates are awaited as the situation unfolds.
