Pune: MP Supriya Sule And PMC Inspect Katraj Chowk Flyover, Urge Prompt Completion To Ease Traffic
Supriya Sule, Member of Parliament for the Baramati constituency, along with officials from the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Katraj residents, recently inspected the ongoing flyover and road work at Katraj Chowk in the Baramati Lok Sabha constituency. The project has been progressing slowly, causing significant traffic congestion for the citizens. Previously stalled due to a lack of funds, the project has now received the necessary financial allocation.
Supriya Sule instructed the concerned officials to expedite the completion of the flyover work. Additionally, she emphasized the need for proper coordination to promptly address the critical issue of land acquisition.
Present at the inspection were the President of the Khadakwasla Assembly Constituency of the Nationalist Congress Party, Sharadchandra Pawar Party, Sopan Kaka Chavan, former municipal councilor Vishal Tambe, State President of the Doctor Cell Dr. Sunil Jagtap, Namesh Babar, other officials, local authorities, and party members.
