Actor Rashmika Mandanna recently shared a health update after sustaining a leg injury during a gym session. Taking to Instagram, Rashmika apologized to the directors of her upcoming films—Sikandar, Thama, and Kubera—for delays caused by her recovery. The actor humorously revealed she is in “hop mode” for the next few weeks or months.

Rashmika posted a series of photos showcasing her injured leg propped on a cushion. Dressed casually in a shirt and trousers, the actor displayed various playful expressions, maintaining her upbeat demeanor.
She captioned the post:
“Well… happy New Year to me I guess! Injured myself in my sacred gym shrine. Now I’m in ‘hop mode’ for the next few weeks or months or God only knows, so seems like I’ll be hopping my way back to sets for Thama, Sikandar, and Kubera! To my directors, sorry for the delay…I’ll be back soon enough, just making sure my legs are fit for action—or at least for hopping!”

A source close to the actor told Hindustan Times, “Rashmika recently sustained an injury in the gym and is recovering well with rest. This has temporarily paused the shooting of her projects, but she is expected to return to sets soon.”
Rashmika’s Upcoming Projects
Rashmika Mandanna is currently enjoying the success of Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring alongside Allu Arjun. Directed by Sukumar, the film also features Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles.
Her upcoming projects include:
- Sikandar: Opposite Salman Khan, directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, set for an Eid 2025 release.
