Pune: The Chikhali-Moshi-Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation has organized a consultation meeting in Purnaa Nagar, Chinchwad to address & resolve various issues of society residents.

Sanjeevan Sangale, President, Chikhali-Moshi-Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation said, “Many housing societies in Pimpri-Chinchwad city face many difficulties while running the societies as per the model bylaws. Also, many illegal works are done by builders in many societies of the city while working on housing projects. These difficulties and problems are for society owners. Guidance and direct help will be given in this meeting.”

As per further information shared by Sanjeevan Sangale, the Chikhali-Moshi-Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation has organized a consultation meeting on October 15, Sunday at 10:30 a.m. This meeting is organized for all the society holders to guide them in solving various problems. The meeting will be held at Sector 17, Purnaa Nagar, Chinchwad.

As per the federation, the issues faced by the residents are ignored or timely action is not taken by the municipal administration. This meeting is organized to discuss various issues and tackle them which includes a review of the work of the federation and planning for the work to be done in the future. Detailed guidance on running the society as per the model bylaws. Information about the procedure to be followed, the documents required, and the difficulties faced while getting the building transferred from the builder will be given. Providing guidance and assistance regarding unfinished works of the society, various problems, and troubles caused by the builder. To inform about the election process of the society. The maintenance cost of the society and the procedure for its recovery will be discussed. Also, guidance will be provided regarding the conveyance deed and deemed conveyance. Along with this, the organizers said that the complete process regarding recovery of overdue maintenance will be given.
