In response to mounting concerns over pollution in the Mula River, residents of Blue Ridge in Hinjawadi have launched the “Save Mula River Initiative” to raise awareness and advocate for cleaner waterways. The initiative comes amidst growing alarm over the deteriorating condition of the river, once a pristine source of water for the community.

Scheduled for Saturday, April 20th at 10 AM, concerned citizens are invited to join a peaceful march and chain fasting to highlight the urgent need for action. The event aims to draw attention to the pollution threatening the Mula River, which serves as the sole water source for Blue Ridge.

Gathering at Marina Lawns (or Yoga Lawns) near Unit A, Tower 1, Security Cabin, participants will unite in solidarity to protect this vital resource. The initiative underscores the critical importance of preserving the Mula River for current and future generations.

Residents are urged to join the movement and lend their voices to the cause of safeguarding the Mula River from further degradation, “Together, we can all work towards ensuring clean and sustainable waterways for our community.”
