Pune: Among the various payment methods available for Pune Metro, the most favoured option is purchasing a QR ticket at the ticket counter, accounting for 62.1% of payments.
The One Pune card has also gained significant popularity, with over 21,762 cards sold to date.
As per the information provided, digital kiosk, is the second most preferred choice, accounting for 13.8% of users. Interestingly, despite its popularity, the One Pune card ranks as the third most used method, with 11.2% of users opting for it.
To cater to specific needs, special student cards have been introduced, offering a generous 30% discount on ticket prices. Already, 2,220 of these student cards have been sold.
The One Pune prepaid card has received significant attention, indicating a shift in preferences among metro commuters. The popularity of the QR ticket option is clearly evident based on the information received.
