Pune News: Pimple Saudagar Residents Await Opening Of Ready-to-Use Yoga Park And Overhead Water TankÂ

A facility located opposite Prime Plus and Rose Valley society in Pimple Saudagar has been ready for public use for several weeks, as informed by local residents. However, the facility remains inaccessible to residents, causing frustration among the local community.
Advocate L. K. Jhunjhunwala,a resident of Pimple Saudagar representing the residents, has formally requested the authorities to open the facility to the public. In a letter to the concerned officials, Jhunjhunwala highlighted the readiness of the facility and urged for prompt action to make it available for public use.
“We the residents of Pimple Saudagar will be grateful to you for your prompt action in this regard,” Jhunjhunwala stated, emphasizing the community’s anticipation.
Meanwhile, Shrikant Savane, a senior engineer from the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) Water Supply Department, commented on the situation. According to Savane, the water supply department has not received any requests for water supply in that particular section. “So far, we haven’t received any demand regarding water supply at that particular section. Although if someone demands water supply, we will provide it. But at this point, till now, there is no demand raised regarding the water supply in that area,” Savne explained.
Regarding the opening of the facility, which includes a yoga park, Savne noted that the decision lies with the concerned department.
Residents of Pimple Saudagar are hopeful that their appeals will lead to swift action, allowing them to utilize the facility soon.
