Major Reshuffle In Pune Police: New Senior Police Inspectors Appointed To Seven Police Stations

In a significant development, new Senior Police Inspectors have been appointed temporarily to the seven newly established police stations in Pune. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar has given opportunities to both experienced and young officers. The appointments were announced late on October 11, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Dussehra.

The new police stations—KalePadal, Baner, Kharadi, Fursungi, Nanded City, Ambegaon, and Wagholi—were formed after the division of Hadapsar, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Sinhagad Road, Chandan Nagar, Lonikand, and Kondhwa police stations.
