Pune: Here’s some great news for Punekars! Soon, four new Vande Bharat trains will be launched from Pune. Known for their speed and efficiency, these trains have significantly reduced travel time across the state. Recently, two Vande Bharat Express trains started operating from Pune. The current services include routes from Pune to Kolhapur, Pune to Hubli, and Mumbai to Solapur, all of which pass through Pune. Now, even more routes will be added, making travel even more convenient for the city’s residents.
The upcoming routes for the Vande Bharat trains include Pune to Shegaon, Pune to Baroda, Pune to Secunderabad, and Pune to Belgaum. These additions will further streamline travel, saving passengers valuable time.
Ticket Pricing:
For the Pune to Kolhapur and Kolhapur to Pune Vande Bharat Express, passengers are charged ₹560 per ticket. Additionally, there are 52 seats available in the Executive Class, where ticket prices can go up to ₹1,135. The Pune to Kolhapur Express operates on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
The Vande Bharat trains, recognized for their speed, are spreading across the state, making travel faster and more efficient. Currently, the Pune to Hubli Vande Bharat Express covers a distance of 557 kilometers, taking approximately eight and a half hours. Compared to other trains, this service saves passengers nearly three hours of travel time.
