Special Campaign 4.0 has been conducted in Pune Division from 02.10.2024 to 31.10.2024. The objective of the Special Campaign is to reduce pendency and increase efficiency in working places by reviewing files and further weeding out non-required files. It increases space availability at the workplace.
Part of the campaign, Rail Chaupal conducted at various locations of Pune Division to educate passengers for cleanliness of station, trains and hygienic condition. During Chaupal the dialogue between Chaupal conductors and passengers is helpful to improve Station & Train cleanliness. Chaupal conductors also educate passengers regarding the various facilities available for passengers.
Pune Station, Miraj station, Shivajinagar station, Shivajinagar Railway Colony conducted Rail Chaupals, till date. Station Director & Station Superintendent, Pune, Chief Health Inspector, Chief Commercial Inspector, Chief Booking Supervisor, Chief Goods Supervisor of Commercial, Operating Dept. and Health department conducted Rail Chaupal successfully.
