PCMC postpones Polio drive of January 17
National pulse polio campaign, 2021, is reportedly postponed in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation according to the information provided by additional health chief, Dr. Pavan Salve. According to the report provided by Salve, the campaign which was scheduled on 17 January, 2021, has been postponed until further announcement by the civic body.
The announcement to postponed the vaccination drive is probably due to the ongoing nationwide vaccination for COVID – 19. The decision has been taken by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Government of India.
