Pune: School van driver from Kondhwa arrested for molesting 15 year old student
A School van driver transporting students allegedly molested a 15 year old student with indecent behaviour. The incident took place between Katraj and Gokul nagar on December 11. The accused was on duty to pick up children from private classes.
The accused aged 33 year old Qayyum Pathan , a resident of Kondhwa was arrested by Kondhwa police. On December 11 around 5 pm the van driver was dropping children home. After dropping a child, the victim helped the girl to deboard the vehicle. The accused touched her inappropriately. The accused repeated similar incident on December 23. The victim gathered courage and shared the incident details to her cousin, who approached the Kondhwa police station. The Kondhwa police promptly arrested the driver.
