Pune, January 6, 2024: 12 teams have been invited for the 5th edition of “Doshi Engineers Trophy” Inter club Senior Cricket Tournament organized by the Path-Way Foundation from 8th to 26th January 2025. These matches will be played at PYC Hindu Gymkhana. , Nehru Stadium, Poona Club, DVCA, Brilliant Sports Academy, Barne Cricket Ground, Veerangana Cricket Ground and Shinde High School ground.
Abhijit Jadhav, President of Path-Way Foundation and Sidharth Nivsarkar, Secretary of Path-Way Foundation said that, teams from PYC Hindu Gymkhana, Deccan Gymkhana, Cadence, Club of Maharashtra, Varroc Vengsarkar Cricket Academy, Punit Balan, Kedar Jadhav Cricket Academy ( PBKJCA), Ambitious, Poona Club, Vilas Cricket Club, Parsi Cricket Academy, Metro Cricket Club, Stars Cricket Club will be seen in action in this event. The Tournament is sponsored by Doshi Engineers. The event is being co-sponsored by Mr. Ashutosh Deshpande and Radhika Deshpande in the memory of late Sudhir Naik.
He further added that this is the fifth time Path-Way Foundation is hosting an inter club senior men’s tournament for clubs in the city.
The matches will be played on a league cum knockout basis. 12 teams will be divided into 3 groups while Top 2 teams will qualify for quarterfinals. It’s a 50 over a side white ball tournament. The Winner and Runner-up team will get a Trophy. Trophies will also be presented to Man of the Series, Best Batsman, Best Bowler.
A tournament committee comprising of Mr. Rohit Khadkikar, Mr. Ashutosh Soman, Mr. Kunal Marathe has been formed for the smooth conduct of the event.

Pune, 6 January 2025 – 12 teams have been invited to the 5th Doshi Engineers Trophy Interclub Senior Invitational Cricket Tournament, organized by Path-Way Foundation and sanctioned by MCA. The tournament will be held from 8 to 26 January 2025 at PYC Hindu Gymkhana, The tournament matches will be held at Nehru Stadium, Club of Maharashtra, Barne Cricket Academy, Brilliants, DVCA, Virangana Cricket Ground, Shinde High School Ground, and Puna Club Ground.
Path-Way Foundation President Abhijit Jadhav and Secretary Siddharth Nivasarkar said that in this competition, PYC Hindu Gymkhana, Deccan Gymkhana, Poona Club, Club of Maharashtra, Dilip Vengsarkar Cricket Academy, Cadence Cricket Academy, Metro Cricket Club, Star Cricket Club, Vilas Cricket Club, Brilliants Sports Academy, Puneet Balan Kedar Jadhav Cricket Academy (PBKJ) and Ambitious Club will compete in the tournament. The tournament will be played on a league and super league basis. The 12 teams have been divided into three groups of 4 teams each. Each group in the league matches will have The top two teams will qualify for the semi-finals. The tournament is sponsored by Doshi Engineers. Ashutosh Deshpande and Radhika Deshpande have co-sponsored the tournament in memory of Sudhir Naik.
He further said that this is the fifth year that Path-Way Foundation is organizing such a competition. The matches will be of 50 overs and the winning and runner-up teams will be awarded trophies. Apart from this, attractive prizes will also be given to the best batsman, bowler and player of the series. .
An organizing committee has been formed for the successful organization of the competition, which includes Rohit Khadkikar, Ashutosh Soman, and Kunal Marathe.
