Lawyers Should Cooperate in Resolving Pending Cases – Justice Abhay Oka

Pune, March 16: The Supreme Court has prepared an action plan to resolve cases pending for 25 to 30 years within the next two years, and lawyers must cooperate in its proper implementation, said Supreme Court Justice Abhay Oka.

He was speaking at the foundation stone-laying ceremony of the Yerwada Criminal Court building, which was officiated by him. The event was attended by Union Minister of State Murlidhar Mohol, Supreme Court Justice Prasanna Varale, Bombay High Court Justices Revati Mohite Dere, Sandeep Marne, and Arif S.
