Pune, July 1, 2025 : Over 100 ex-servicemen will be recruited at the Aluminium Die Casting and Machining (Production) facility of Endurance Technologies Ltd, located in Chakan. The recruitment will focus on roles such as gravity die casting, gate cutting, and automation component fitting in the machine shop.
Candidates should be between 30 and 45 years of age and must have passed at least Class 10 or 12. Those with technical qualifications will be given preference, informed District Sainik Welfare Officer Lt Col S.D. Hange (Retd.).
Based on interview performance, skills, experience, and qualifications, selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 along with additional benefits. As per company policies, they will also be entitled to Provident Fund, employee compensation policy, personal accident policy, and group medical insurance benefits.
