A horrific incident has taken place in Pimpri-Chinchwad city that has tarnished the relationship between a teacher and a student.
A shocking incident has come to light in which a class teacher of a Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation school repeatedly abused and tortured a minor student in his class.
The assault took place between July 11 and July 19, 2025. In this case, on the complaint of a parent, a case was registered against the teacher at Nigdi Police Station under the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Act and the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act and the Nigdi Police have arrested the teacher.
Senior Police Inspector of Nigdi Police Station told that a teacher in a municipal school in Pimpri Chinchwad city committed an act that would cause shame to the victim girl, who was studying in class 7. In this regard, a case has been registered at Nigdi Police Station under the POCSO, Indecent Assault and Atrocities Act.
On July 9 last year, the accused teacher joined the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation school as a teacher. After some time, the teacher deliberately targeted the victim girl and committed a shameful act with her. For several months, the victim girl kept these things in her mind without telling her family out of fear. But she had to face repeated sexual harassment by the accused teacher.
These things came to light after the victim informed her family that he had threatened the victim girl and done these things against her will. After that, a case was registered at Nigdi Police Station and the manslaughter teacher has been arrested for serious crimes such as molestation, atrocity, POCSO. Further investigation into the case is being conducted by the officers of Nigdi Police Station.
