Pune: Deadline Extended Till August 18 For Cooperative Societies To Apply For State Awards
Pune, August 1, 2025: The deadline for cooperative societies to submit proposals for the state’s Cooperative Awards has been extended until August 18, 2025. These awards are given to societies that have performed exceptionally in the cooperative sector.
The government has announced that cooperative societies demonstrating excellence in the financial year 2023–24 will be felicitated with the Cooperative Awards. Originally, the deadline for submitting proposals was July 31.
However, considering 2025 is being celebrated as the International Year of Cooperatives, the deadline has been extended to encourage greater participation.
Interested cooperative societies from the district are advised to submit detailed proposals to the office of the Deputy Registrar, Pune City.
For information on eligibility, criteria, and application details, societies can visit the official website https://sahakarayukta.maharashtra.gov.in. They may also contact their respective Taluka Assistant Registrar, District Deputy Registrar, or Divisional Joint Registrar offices.
