Pimple Saudagar: Concrete Road Work Begins at Trios-Zulelal Society After Years of Delay
Pimple Saudagar: After years of complaints over potholes and poor road conditions, work on concreting the road near Trios-Zulelal Tower Society in Pimple Saudagar has finally begun.
The stretch had long been a source of trouble for residents, with frequent accidents, traffic congestion, and waterlogging during monsoon making daily travel difficult.
BJP Pimpri-Chinchwad City President and Ex Corporator Shatrughna (Bapu) Kate had been consistently following up with the Smart City Department to resolve the issue. His efforts have now resulted in the long-awaited start of the concreting project.
Kate was present at the site as the work commenced and interacted with society residents, briefing them about the project details. The move has brought relief and joy to the local community.
“Earlier, we had to struggle through potholes every day. Thanks to Bapu Saheb’s persistent efforts, this problem is finally solved. We will now get a durable concrete road,” said a resident.
Entrepreneur Vijay Jagtap described the road as a “lifeline” for locals, adding that the upgrade will directly benefit daily commuting, businesses, and the overall growth of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Kate said, “Solving problems that affect daily life is true public service. I am committed to providing safe, quality, pothole-free roads in the Saudagar area. Since a school is located on this road, hundreds of students will also benefit from safer travel.”
With this project, a long-pending demand of residents has been fulfilled, making the dream of a permanent pothole-free road a reality.
The launch event was attended by entrepreneurs Vijay Jagtap, Sanjay Bhise, Kunda Tai Bhise, Dhananjay Bhise, Anil Kate, society office bearers, and other dignitaries.
