Pune: Special Campaign On Conveyance Deed For Housing Societies From September 27 To 30
Pune, September 24, 2025: A special campaign has been launched for cooperative housing societies in the city to address Conveyance Deed and pre-verification of documents.
The drive will be conducted by the Sub-Registrar’s office from September 27 to 30 under the state government’s Seva Pakhwada initiative, aimed at providing faster, citizen-friendly, and transparent services.
The campaign will focus on helping cooperative housing societies complete the required documentation for deemed conveyance approvals, resolving their queries, and facilitating the legal process, said Santosh Hingne, Deputy District Registrar and District Stamp Duty Officer.
He added, “Housing societies where landowners or developers have not executed the sale deed of the land and building can obtain deemed conveyance through the competent authority under the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963. The purpose of this campaign is to reduce delays by pre-verifying documents, identifying errors, and resolving them in advance.”
