Deputy CM Ajit Pawar inaugurates Kunjir sports complex in Pimple Saudagar
Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Friday inaugurated Kunjir sports complex. Alongwith the inauguration, Deputy CM also laid foundation for installing CCTV in the PCMC limits.
The sports complex consists of a mini football ground, Cricket Pitch, walking or jogging track, and tennis court. The seating facility too is well established. The inauguration ceremony was attended by ex Corporators of Pimple Saudagar Shatrughan Kate and Vitthal Nana Kate alongwith Sheetal Kate and Nirmala Kute.
Nearly, 297 CCTV cameras would be installed in 88 spots of PCMC limit. PCMC funded 2,200 cameras while the Smart city funded 430 cameras. Collectively, 2016 cameras are being fixed. After the installation, the PCMC would have nearly 7,600 cameras in place.
