Pune: Shivajinagar Constituency Voters Urged To Register For Graduate And Teacher Electoral Rolls By November 6
Pune, October 8, 2025: The process of registering graduate and teacher voters under the Pune Graduates and Teachers Constituency has begun. Gajanan Gurav, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer for the Graduates and Teachers Constituency as well as the 209-Shivajinagar Assembly Constituency, has appealed to all eligible voters in Shivajinagar to ensure their names are included in the electoral rolls before November 6, 2025.
There are a total of nine polling stations in the Shivajinagar constituency. To register, teacher voters can use Form 19, while graduate voters can use Form 18.
For graduate voter registration, candidates must have obtained a graduate or equivalent qualification from any recognized university in India at least three years prior to November 1, 2025. Teacher voters are eligible if they have taught for a minimum of three years in recognized educational institutions in the state within the six years preceding November 1, 2025, with at least secondary school level teaching experience.
Polling officers have been appointed for each voting center, ensuring smooth registration and voting processes, Gajanan Gurav confirmed in an official press release.
Eligible voters are urged to complete the registration process promptly to exercise their voting rights in the upcoming elections.
