Pune, June 27, 2026: A three-day Shatachandi Mahayagya along with Laghu Rudrabhishek will be held in Pune from July 18 to 20, 2026, during Ashadha Gupta Navratri. The spiritual event is being organised by the Sanatana Dharma Sansthan with the objective of promoting Sanatana Dharma and praying for the welfare and upliftment of the nation.
The programme will be held at Aai Mata Mandir, Bibwewadi, Pune.
The Mahayagya will be conducted with the participation of 40 Acharyas and around 200 Yajman families. Organisers have invited devotees to participate as Yajmans and be part of the sacred rituals.
According to the organisers, the Sankalp (sacred resolution) will include prayers seeking blessings for all members of a devotee’s Gotra and family lineage. Mahaprasad, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, will be served to participating devotees throughout the three-day event.
The Mahayagya will be held daily from morning until evening. Devotees who are unable to attend in person can participate through online Sankalp, while the ceremonies will also be streamed live on YouTube and Facebook.
The donation for participating as a Yajman, which includes all three days of rituals and meals, has been fixed at ₹15,000.
The event is being organised under the guidance of Acharya Murli Manohar Joshi of Pune, with the support of several Acharyas and participating families. Organisers said that taking part as a Yajman is believed to contribute to the spiritual well-being of devotees as well as their ancestors.
