Interviews for appointments for agents at Postal Life Insurance to be held on November 6

Applications are invited for appointments of agents for the postal life insurance. The candidates seeking appointment, are asked to be present for an interview on November 6, 2020 between 10 am to 4 pm at Superintendent of Post Office, Pune Rural Division, Shivaji Nagar Post Office, J M Road, Pune – 411005. The informationa was released to the media by the Pune Rural Superintendent Post Office.
The age criterion for the agents should be between 18 years – 60 years. Candidate should be minimum Class X, XII passed from a reputed university. The candidate should have prior knowledge of life insurance and have good marketing skills. The candidates could be an ex Army / defence employee, Anganwadi worker, Mahila Mandal worker, retired teachers, ex postal insurance agent, etc.

The candidates should be present for the examination on their own expenses. The candidates would be given necessary training too. The selected candidates shall pay Rs 250 for the license and Rs 258 for exam fee for the license and also a minimum balance of Rs 5000 in Postal Savings Account or in national savings certificate account.
