Pune is set to witness a musical extravaganza as Academy Award-winning composer A.R. Rahman takes the stage for a live concert on Sunday, November 23, at the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) Stadium. This marks Rahman’s first performance in the city after long time, and excitement among fans is already running high.
The evening promises to be a grand celebration of music with breathtaking LED visuals, high-energy acts, and Rahman’s signature blend of timeless hits. Several popular singers are expected to join him, making the concert a multi-layered experience. To add to the festive atmosphere, food and beverage counters will be set up across the venue.
A highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the inaugural R.K. Laxman Award for Excellence, instituted in memory of the legendary cartoonist. The award will be given to an inspiring personality during the event, adding a cultural significance to the show.
