The employee’s allegations are true, says another employee.

A technology professional from Bengaluru has made allegations against his previous manager following his dismissal from the India branch of an American workforce management firm.

In a comprehensive LinkedIn post dated December 20, the individual claimed that a detrimental work atmosphere characterized by micromanagement, overwhelming workloads, and excessive attention to minor mistakes contributed significantly to his difficulties during his brief time with the organization.

The tech professional joined the organization on September 9, 2024, with enthusiasm and a readiness to learn, despite lacking prior experience in Software as a Service (SaaS). He stated that he had communicated this inexperience during his interview and expressed a strong desire to acquire new skills. However, he alleged that the company did not provide the essential training or mentorship needed for his success.

“I was new to the system, the payroll process, and Salesforce, but I was not given constructive guidance on these tools or processes. When I raised concerns about the extended hours and sought guidance on managing my workload, I was met with dismissive responses like, ‘You have to solve your open cases anyhow, any way you prefer,” said the employee.

The employee additionally claimed that the strict oversight of breaks and the ambiguity surrounding protocols intensified the issue. He characterized the workplace as one where even slight delays or errors were closely examined, resulting in a tense and discouraging environment.

He had his employment ended in under four months, a decision he linked to the difficulties he encountered during his time there. Although he was eager to adapt and grow, he voiced his disappointment regarding the absence of support and effective leadership.

A former employee of the same organization corroborated the claims, sharing a LinkedIn post in which he detailed his “very negative experience” with the company’s work environment.
