All shops to remain shut on Sept 19 in PMC, Pune Cantonment and rural areas
On 19 September, on the occasion of Ganesh Visarjan, all shops will remain shut in Pune city, Pune cantonment and rural areas. Restaurants and hotels will remain open, essential services will be exempted, said Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar.
He was addressing the weekly review meeting held at Council Hall today. He said that the decision was taken after reviewing the current Covid19 situation in the city.
The detailed order by the district administration shall be released shortly.
