The screenshot displays a notification indicating that the user’s order has been given priority. This is accompanied by a line that states,” We have noticed your order is from a hospital. Sending you and your dear ones our warm wishes.”
Users were captivated by the post, and numerous individuals shared their own experiences.
“Definitely a Nobel step. I ordered some stuff from the hospital today through Blinkit and called the delivery person to ask him to deliver it to our room. I was skeptical that he might give reasons like no parking. But, he delivered it to our room without any questions. Thank you people for your empathy,” says a comment by a medical professional.
“Isn’t it a 10-minute delivery that @letsblinkit promised to everyone? Now they’re prioritizing some orders, which means they’ll deliver them in less than 10 minutes, which seems practically impossible. Nevertheless, it’s a good move,” says another comment.
“High time to call out and thank people/teams who come out with such ideas. A prime example of humane design,” yet another user wrote.
