Social media influencer Apoorva Mukhija has shared screenshots of rape, acid attack, and death threats she received on Instagram, following the backlash surrounding the YouTube show India’s Got Latent.

After briefly deactivating her account, she returned to Instagram with a post captioned “and that’s not even 1%,” highlighting the scale of the abuse through screenshots of hateful comments on her posts.

In February, the Maharashtra Cyber Cell recorded Mukhija’s statement in connection with the controversy involving podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia’s remarks about parents and sex on the show hosted by comedian Samay Raina.

Ranveer Allahbadia later issued a public apology, stating that his comment was inappropriate and lacked humor. He acknowledged the influence he holds over young audiences and pledged to be more responsible.
