The feast begins with a melt-in-the-mouth delicacy, the Gilawat Kebab, featuring finely minced meat infused with flavorful infusions, slow-cooked to perfection, delivering an exquisite burst of flavors in every bite. Guests can continue to delight in the Paratdar Paneer Tikka, promising layers of soft, spiced cottage cheese, grilled over charcoal to create the perfect balance of smokiness and tenderness.
