Bavdhan Residents Welcome New Post Office with Comprehensive Facilities, Pin Code 411071
In a significant development, the postal authorities have sanctioned a full-fledged post office in Bavdhan, Pune, with the pin code 411071. This new facility is strategically located in a prime area, ensuring convenient access for locals, senior citizens, and others.
After a two-year effort by residents, the post office has finally become a reality, just in time for the New Year. Initially, the post office will start with small-scale operations, distributing letters from the first week of January. However, it may take some time for all facilities to be fully set up.
“Now, residents will be able to use their postal code of 411071 instead of the previous(411021) one,” said Mohan Bande, a post office official, while speaking with Pune Pulse. “The post office will be operational from Monday itself, and we are excited to serve the community with our full range of services.”
Krishnan J, a resident of Bavdhan, expressed his delight at the new development. “Since last 2 years, officials have been trying to get approval for this new office location, but somehow it wasn’t happening,” he told Pune Pulse. “But now, we are happy that finally we are getting a new post office with proper facilities and all the necessary facilities. We will be able to even update our Aadhaar and various things at this office, and this is very important for our village. We appreciate this move.”
The new post office will offer various services, including general post, speed post, registered post, savings, PPF, and other facilities. Residents will also be able to access Aadhaar card services at this location.
The community is thrilled to welcome the new post office and its full-fledged facilities. As the New Year begins, residents look forward to enjoying the convenience and benefits of this new facility.
