A man from Bengaluru shared screenshots from his housing society’s WhatsApp group on social media. The chats are filled with dramatic yet polite messages, making them very funny and entertaining for users online.

Atique Kudchi posted several times on X, giving a peek into the amusing interactions in his society’s WhatsApp group. The viral screenshots show conversations that blend politeness and humor, as residents discuss everyday issues like drilling and noise.

The first screenshot started simply, with one resident saying, “Minor drilling work is going on in G 803. It will continue for 10 mins. Please bear with us.”

What happened next turned into a hilarious exchange. A neighbor quickly responded, “I am in a meeting. You could have informed in advance,” and the original poster replied, “Lighting guy came now itself. I myself didn’t have exact time information. Apologize for inconvenience.”

But the highlight of the conversation came later: “The drilling work in G 803 has finished… total drilling time was 95 seconds. Thank you for your understanding. We might have another drilling session for 4 nails tomorrow, which will take an additional 90 seconds… I will notify you in advance.”

Atique captioned the screenshot: “The drama in my society’s WhatsApp group keeps me entertained throughout the day.”

In the second screenshot, the conversation took a funny turn when one resident commented, “Don’t express your work frustration through your words. To earn respect, you need to give respect.” This prompted an immediate response: “How do you know I have work frustration? Stop making assumptions.”

Things got even more amusing in the third screenshot as members recognized their newfound internet fame, joking about how their previous discussion had turned into a meme. The online audience loved the humor, with one user asking, “Do you guys need permission to sneeze?” and another saying, “How can I subscribe to this group?”

One user even shared a personal story, mentioning, “In our society, we had an 8-month WhatsApp war between two flat owners over wall drilling. It’s a real thing!”

Another user remarked, “Such civil and precise updates are rarely found in residents’ groups.”

Atique Kudchi’s screenshots have not just amused the internet but also shed light on the idiosyncrasies of city living. Whether it’s about drill schedules or intense discussions, it appears that society’s WhatsApp groups are where all the real drama unfolds! It’s like a never-ending sitcom sometimes, right?
