Bharati Engineering Ranked in top 50 in Atal Ranking

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering Ranks in top 50 Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements
Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and MHRD’s Innovation Cell ranked Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) College of Engineering, Pune amongst the top 50 in the category of self-financed/ private institute in the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA).

Dr. Anand Bhalerao,Principal of Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering and Dean,Engineering Faculty, informed through a press release.
ARIIA is framework initiated by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, to systematically rank educational institutes and universities on innovation parameters such as budget and funding support to in house start-ups and related activities, infrastructure and facilities for start-ups, awareness and promotion of idea generation and innovation, promotion and support to entrepreneurship, commercialisation and technology transfer, innovative learning methods and courses, innovation in governance of institution. These are parameters used globally to rank most innovative educational institute/universities.

This is second year of announcement of innovation based ranking of institutions and this year (2020), 674 Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) have participated under different categories as compared to 496 of last year.
