Big Savings on Hyundai Venue & Venue N Line After GST Revision – Prices Slashed by Up to ₹1.32 Lakh
A major price overhaul has arrived for Hyundai’s popular subcompact SUV range, thanks to a recent change in GST regulations. With the tax rate for sub-4m SUVs dropping from a hefty 29–31% to a more buyer-friendly 18%, Hyundai has passed on the benefits directly to customers. The result? Substantial price cuts across the Venue and Venue N Line lineups — effective from September 22, 2025 — just in time for the festive car-buying season.
Hyundai Venue Gets Cheaper by Up to ₹1.32 Lakh
The Hyundai Venue, already a consistent performer in its segment, now delivers even greater value. Both petrol and diesel variants have seen notable price reductions, making it more accessible to a wider range of buyers.
Base 1.2 E Petrol is now available at ₹7.26 lakh, down by ₹67,719 from its earlier ₹7.94 lakh tag.
Mid-spec 1.2 SX Petrol sees a reduction of ₹92,098, now priced at ₹10.22 lakh.
The 1.0 SX(O) Turbo DCT, a performance-focused turbo-petrol option, has become ₹1.10 lakh cheaper, bringing the new price to ₹12.21 lakh.
Diesel buyers enjoy the biggest savings — the 1.5 CRDi SX(O) is now offered at ₹12.04 lakh, a massive cut of ₹1.32 lakh from its previous pricing.
Venue N Line Also Sees a Steep Drop – Up to ₹1.14 Lakh Off
The sportier and more dynamic Hyundai Venue N Line has also benefited from the GST rate change. Known for its aggressive styling, tweaked suspension, and more engaging drive feel, the N Line trims are now more within reach for enthusiasts.
The N6 variant is now listed at ₹11.11 lakh, after a ₹1.03 lakh reduction.
The N6 DCT comes in at ₹11.83 lakh, thanks to a ₹1.10 lakh cut.
At the top of the line, the N8 DCT has become ₹1.14 lakh cheaper, now available for ₹12.66 lakh.
What This Means for the Market
This pricing shift is a timely boost for Hyundai, especially as demand usually surges during the festive period. With new, more competitive pricing, the Venue and Venue N Line now offer a stronger overall package — combining premium features like connected car technology, a wide range of powertrain choices, and sporty styling (in the N Line) — at more affordable prices.
The revised GST structure is expected to shake up the entire sub-4m SUV segment, but Hyundai’s swift response gives it a head start. These new prices not only make the Venue lineup more attractive but also set a new benchmark in value within the category.
