Bigg Boss 19 has never fallen short of drama, heated arguments, and unusual revelations. And among the many housemates, Tanya Mittal has consistently stayed in the spotlight. Whether it’s her bold statements, extravagant lifestyle confessions, or frequent spats with fellow contestants, Tanya has ensured she remains the center of attention this season.
From demanding that everyone in the house address her as “ma’am,” to claiming she even wears sarees while inside the bathroom, and from boasting about having 150 bodyguards to flaunting her high-end lifestyle, Tanya has been one of the most talked-about participants of Bigg Boss 19.
Now, in a newly released promo, Tanya once again grabbed attention with yet another quirky claim during a casual chat with fellow contestant Neelam Giri.
Sitting with Neelam, Tanya said, “Pata hai yaha ke logon koh toh kuch nahi pata, mein bohot down to earth natak karti hu.” (You know, people here have no idea, I just act like I’m very down to earth.)
She then went on to describe her peculiar way of drinking cold coffee. Tanya revealed, “Coffee pine mein pata hai kaise jaati hu, Gwalior se jaungi Agra, Agra se coffee kharid ke coffee peungi nahi, woh coffee ekdum thandi chahiye. Ice box saath mein rahega, coffee usmein rakhi jaaegi phir piche garden hai waha, sirf tabhi peeti hu.” (Do you know how I drink my coffee? I travel from Gwalior to Agra to buy it, but I don’t drink it right away. It must be completely chilled. I keep it in an ice box, and only when it’s placed in the back garden, that’s when I drink it.)
She further explained that if she wants cold coffee three times in a month, this entire process has to be followed each time.
Tanya also admitted that inside the Bigg Boss house she tries not to talk about these habits, fearing people might think she is showing off. To this, Neelam responded, “Nahi hi batana chahiye, kyunki over hai na.” (You really shouldn’t say these things, because it comes across as over-the-top.)
But Tanya disagreed, insisting, “Yeh over nahi basic hai mera, over toh tune sunne nahi hai.” (This isn’t over-the-top for me, this is my basic. You haven’t even heard what I’d actually call over-the-top.)
She then revealed yet another detail about her lifestyle, sharing, “Jaise who mera biscuit hai, woh mera biscuit hai joh London se aata hai toh har 2 maahine koi London se biscuit lakar deta hai, bohot tamasha karti hu mein.” (For example, the biscuits I eat are brought from London. Every two months, someone gets them for me, and I make a big fuss about it.)
