Pune, Baner: Aarohi Mangesh Chondhe, a Class 9 student from Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School, Baner, has brought pride to her school and city by winning silver and bronze medals at the International Sports Taekwondo Championship held in South Korea.

Aarohi secured a silver medal in the fighting category and a bronze medal in the poomsae (forms) category, marking a major milestone in her eight-year journey in the sport. Her consistent dedication, discipline, and passion for taekwondo have culminated in this international recognition.

Aarohi credits her success to her coach Rajesh Pujari, as well as the unwavering support and encouragement from the principal and teachers of Kalmadi School. Over the years, she has displayed exceptional talent and commitment, earning the title of Best Player in Sports at her school.

In 2025, Aarohi also appeared for the Black Belt Dan 2 examination, further advancing her credentials in martial arts.
