Dak Adalat to be held in Pune on December 28 

It is informed to the members of public that, DAK ADALAT shall be held on 28.12.2023 in the office of the Sr. Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, Pune-411037 at 15:00 hrs. 

The complainant may remain present in the Dak Adalat if he wishes. 

The complaints relating to service provided by Post Offices under Administrative control of the Sr. Supdt. of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, Pune-411037 about non settlement of public grievances will be entertained in ‘DAK ADALAT’, if the complaints remained un replied/unsettled for more than six weeks from the date of lodging the original complaints. 

The complaints may be addressed to –

 Dr. Ichake Abhijit Diliprao, Sr. Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, Pune-411037.

While forwarding such complaint applicant will please ensure that:

1)The complaints (relating to service given by department) not replied within SIX WEEKS only are entertained.

2)The complainants are however at liberty to hand over the complaints in this office during office hours.

3)There should be only one complaint on one subject in one application.

4) The name and designation of the officer to whom the original complaint addressed and the date on which it addressed should be mention.

The application along with a copy of original complaint be sent to the undersigned so as to reach on or before 22.12.2023 at the latest.
