Shifali Jamwal, the daughter of a retired Indian Army Brigadier, was crowned Mrs Universe America 2024 at a glittering event organized by AmPowering.org in Renton, Washington. Born and raised in Jammu, Shifali credits her military upbringing for instilling resilience and determination, qualities that have helped her achieve this remarkable milestone.
Currently based in Seattle, Shifali works as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Esper.io. She balances her professional life with a strong commitment to environmental conservation and community upliftment. Her dedication to these causes not only inspired the audience but also played a pivotal role in her winning the prestigious title.
Reflecting on her journey, Shifali described herself as a “child of the planet,” driven by a vision of harmonious coexistence with nature. “We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children,” she remarked, underscoring her mission to ensure that future generations inherit a cleaner, greener planet.
Her passion for sustainability is evident in her co-founding of Live2Serve, a nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental protection and supporting vulnerable communities, including children and animals.
