Farhan’s ‘Gunfire’ Celebration After Scoring 50 on India Leaves Internet Buzzing | Watch

Dubai, Sep 21 – Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan stole the spotlight in the Asia Cup 2025 Super 4 clash against India with both his batting and his fiery celebration. The right-hander brought up his maiden T20I half-century in just 34 balls, smashing five fours and three sixes.
Farhan reached the milestone in style by sending Axar Patel over the ropes in the 10th over. He then marked the moment with a dramatic ‘gunfire’ celebration, which quickly went viral online.
The innings wasn’t without drama. Farhan enjoyed two reprieves from Abhishek Sharma—first on zero when a straightforward catch at third man went down, and again on 32 when Abhishek missed another chance off Axar Patel, with the ball carrying for six instead.
Farhan went on to share a 72-run stand for the second wicket with Saim Ayub, who chipped in with 21 off 17 balls.
This isn’t the first time Farhan has troubled India. In the 2024 Asia Cup group-stage match in Dubai, he was Pakistan’s top-scorer with 40 runs off 44 balls, hitting one four and three sixes.
