Among these few is a remarkable prodigy, Satyam Kumar, who made history by passing the IIT JEE at just 13 years old.
Youngest achiever
Satyam Kumar, from Bhojpur district in Bihar, became the youngest Indian to clear the IIT-JEE in 2013, achieving an impressive rank of 670th. His journey began with his first attempt in 2011 at the age of 12, where he secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 8137. Determined to improve, Satyam retook the exam in 2012 and achieved a notable rank of 679.
Education
Satyam completed his BTech-MTech Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and pursued a PhD in the United States, which he completed in 2024 at the age of 24. According to his LinkedIn profile, he is currently seeking new job opportunities and has previously interned at Apple as a Machine Learning Intern.
