Journey of Hachi With Love :

By 2016, Dheep Vora had already established a stable life. With nearly a decade of experience as a Certified Financial Planner, she held a well-paying role at a leading financial firm.

Life was smooth, but signing up for a marathon unexpectedly shifted her outlook. Running a marathon was far from her usual routine, yet she successfully completed the intense 21-km race.

During another race, a thought dawned on her: “If I can do this, what else can I achieve? Maybe it’s time to step out of my comfort zone in life too,” Dheep reflects.

By late 2018, she acted on this insight, leaving her corporate job to explore new paths. Unsure of her next steps, she spent a year exploring various opportunities.

Soon, she noticed a gap in the snacks industry, where most granola products were either uninspiring or packed with artificial ingredients. This discovery sparked the idea for Hachi With Love in 2019.

To test the market, Dheep began including granola samples with quick-service restaurant (QSR) orders and received an enthusiastic response. The granola snacks quickly gained popularity, prompting her to fully focus on this venture by late 2021.

The shift from corporate life to entrepreneurship brought challenges, particularly in maintaining product quality. Dheep addressed this by implementing SOPs to streamline operations.

Hachi initially launched with three granola flavors and one cake option but has since grown to offer seven granola varieties and five healthy cakes. The brand has served over 3,500 customers, with revenues split between B2C sales and B2B corporate gifting, including partnerships with more than 20 companies.

Currently, Hachi’s annual revenue is around ₹80 lakhs, and the brand aims to scale to ₹2 crores this year.


Growth, Partnerships, and Future Plans:

Fast forward to 2024, Hachi With Love continues to grow, with corporate partnerships and bulk orders playing a significant role in its business. Revenue is equally divided between direct-to-consumer (D2C) and B2B segments, with B2C products available on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The average order size for granola ranges from ₹300 to ₹2,000, and for cakes, from ₹700 to ₹3,500.

Hachi’s commitment to honest brand practices, such as using glass packaging and focusing on organic marketing, sets it apart.

With ambitious plans, Hachi With Love aims to expand its revenue by 2.5 times this year and is exploring international markets, all while maintaining a lean, profit-focused approach.
