This Women’s Day, Inamdar Hospital celebrates the remarkable women in healthcare who embody resilience, leadership, and compassion. From emergency care to patient relations, their dedication shapes lives every day. Their journeys at Inamdar Hospital reflect empowerment, multitasking, and unwavering commitment. As we honor their contributions, we are reminded: “There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish.”

Dr. Sushma Suryavanshi, Quality Head
I have been with the organization for the past year and truly enjoy my work. Handling critical responsibilities becomes easier when the atmosphere is supportive, and I am fortunate to have such encouraging colleagues. Most importantly, our head, Dr. Parvez Sir, has been a constant source of motivation for all of us. We are given the freedom to implement new ideas, which helps us grow. I believe women are immensely powerful, yet they often underestimate their own potential. Every woman should explore her skills and recognize her true strength. “There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish.” – Michelle Obama

Dr. Ambarin Shaikh, In-Charge, Wards Department
With 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have specialized in Code Blue and patient care. My work revolves around gaining the trust of patients and their families while also spreading awareness among my colleagues. I have personally trained many of them in hospital Code Blue procedures to ensure patient safety. I strongly believe in gender equality, and it is crucial for every woman to focus on her own health too. “A strong woman stands up for herself. A stronger woman stands up for others.”

As a PRO, my role demands patience, unbiased decision-making, and problem-solving. I encounter challenges daily, but I have learned to face them with a smile. Women’s Day should not be confined to just one day—it is a celebration of our continuous achievements and contributions to society. “Every day is Women’s Day when we stand tall, confident, and proud of our journey.”
