Pune: The much-anticipated HortiProIndia 2024, India’s largest international floriculture and horticulture exhibition, was inaugurated at the New Agricultural College Grounds, Sinchan Nagar, Pune. The event, organized by the Maharashtra Nurserymen’s Association in collaboration with the Association of Environmental Horticulture and Vasu Events and Hospitality, runs until November 24, showcasing a plethora of gardening innovations and diverse plant varieties.

The exhibition offers a platform for farmers, horticulture experts, and industry professionals from India and abroad to exchange knowledge and explore employment and business opportunities. Key attractions include flowers, fruit and vegetable plants, medicinal and ornamental plants, international flower varieties, hydroponics, solar energy technology, plant technology, biotechnology, greenhouse technology, and automation.

The event was inaugurated by Ganesh Nibe, Director of Nibe Defence, in the presence of several notable dignitaries, including Punjab Hortipro Deputy Director Dr. Harshdeep Singh, PULA Founder Sonia Konjeti, Vasant Rasane, Shraddha Rasane, Vijay Rasane, and Maharashtra Nurserymen’s Association President Shashikant Chaudhari. Other key attendees included Anand Kanchan, Bhagyashree Patil, Subhash Chandrakant Jagtap, Moreshwar Kale, Manoj Deore, and several industry experts.
