Huge tree falls near Amba Vihar
A huge tree fell near the compound wall of Amba Vatika at Bakers Point on NIBM road after spell of heavy rains lashed Pune city. Fire brigade personnel and local Corporator Nanda Narayan Lonkar and many others reached to the spot to clear the location and make way for vehicular traffic. The incident happened around 1 am on October 21, 2020.
Yuvraj Narayan Lonkar, son of Corporator Nanda Narayan Lonkar informed that due to heavy rainfall a tree completely uprooted and fell on the roadside outside Amba Vatika.
The process of cutting the tree and clearing way for the vehicles is on the way.
