Actor Vijay Deverakonda, who is said to be in a relationship with Rashmika Mandanna, has shared his views on love, relationships, and marriage. In a chat with Curly Tales, Vijay confirmed his relationship status and mentioned that he had dated one of his co-stars in the past. During the interview, Vijay humorously remarked, “I am 35 years old; do you think I will be single?” He also admitted to having dated a co-star when asked.
Vijay highlighted the importance of building a strong friendship before diving into a romantic relationship, stating, “I don’t go on dates. I only go out after getting to know someone for a long time, after forming a friendship.”
Vijay and Rashmika, known for their roles in movies like Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, continue to fuel dating speculations with their close relationship. I don’t know unconditional love because my love comes with expectations, so clearly my love isn’t unconditional. I feel everything is over-romanticized. I don’t even know if it’s okay to expect unconditional love.” Regarding marriage, Vijay stated that it can be more difficult for women, saying, “Marriage doesn’t have to come in between someone’s career. Marriage is harder on women. It also depends on the profession you are in.”
