Pragyan followed a disciplined self-study routine, dedicating six hours daily—two hours each to Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

His elder brother, a JEE Advanced qualifier, was his biggest inspiration. To avoid burnout, Pragyan engaged in hobbies like chess and table tennis.
