In a tragic incident, a speeding Lamborghini rammed into two workers who were sitting by the roadside near an under-construction building in Noida’s Sector 94 on Sunday (March 30) evening. A video of the incident’s aftermath is circulating on social media, where the driver can be heard casually asking, “Koi Mar Gaya Idhar?” (Has someone died?).
The video showed a scene of chaos as construction workers, easily identifiable by their bright orange jackets and safety helmets, sprinted towards a bright red Lamborghini. It had just hit their colleagues, and they were clearly frantic. Without hesitation, they opened the car door and confronted the driver about the accident.

At the scene, one of the bystanders confronted the driver in Hindi, “Stunt zyaada seekh liye ho?” (Have you learnt a lot of stunts?). He then questioned him further, “Do you know how many people have died here?” The driver, however, replied indifferently, “Did anyone die here?”
As tensions escalated, the driver stepped out of the car. Meanwhile, a man filming the incident urged others to call the police. The driver tried to defend himself, saying, “I gently pressed the accelerator.” In response, the man mockingly asked, “Did you press it gently?”
The scene quickly transformed as police sirens wailed in the distance, and soon, officers arrived to take charge. Their priority was the injured workers, who were swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Thankfully, reports later confirmed that both workers were out of danger, a relief to everyone involved.
The focus then shifted to the mangled red Lamborghini, its Puducherry license plate now a stark reminder of the accident. It seemed the car had lost control, striking the workers before careening into a nearby tree. The impact was forceful, flipping the car around completely, a testament to the severity of the collision.
The investigation took a legal turn as police seized the luxury vehicle and apprehended the driver. He was taken into custody for questioning, and the authorities began a thorough investigation to uncover the exact cause of the accident. They were particularly interested in determining if the driver had been speeding or driving recklessly. Based on the investigation’s findings, the police would decide on further legal action.
