Celebrate 10 Years of Digital India by Showcasing Your Creativity – Apply by August 1
The Indian government has launched a new initiative to reward content creators as part of the 10-year anniversary celebrations of the Digital India Mission. Titled ‘A Decade of Digital India – Reel Contest’, the program invites social media enthusiasts and vloggers to showcase how digital initiatives have transformed lives across the country.
Participants must create a one-minute reel in portrait mode (MP4 format) that highlights real-life impact stories related to Digital India—whether it’s improved access to e-learning, digital health services, online governance, or financial inclusion.
The government is offering cash prizes to 85 winners, including:
- ₹15,000 each for the top 10 reels
- ₹10,000 each for the next 25 winners
- ₹5,000 each for 50 more winners
In total, ₹2 lakh in prize money will be distributed.
Applicants must submit their entries before August 1, 2025, and will receive a confirmation email or message upon submission. The government emphasizes creativity and storytelling that effectively conveys how Digital India has made a difference in everyday lives.
If you’ve experienced or witnessed such transformation, this contest is a chance to turn your reel-making hobby into a rewarding opportunity, both creatively and financially.
